The service, staff and bathroom cleanliness. Marci, our server for room service and at the breakfast area was incredible! She made our whole stay honestly! She remembered it was my moms birthday when I mentioned it briefly when she asked why we came …. And brought her a cake, we all cried … it felt so heartwarming and special from her heart!

the staff - particularly the wait staff working in the restaurants and poolside were super friendly and helpful - they really went above and beyond. the pool and cabanas are really beautiful and the food is great. the gym is excellent. love the floor to ceiling mirrors. room service was decent

Throughly enjoyed our stay .. no issues at all. Regret leaving and going to the Hard Rock hotel for our universal section of the trip.

it was amazing holiday at Waldorf, Room has beautiful view facing golf view and pool was too good , location is central . here can go to animal kindom, Hollywood studio and magic kingdom just 10 min driver.

One of the rooms was upgraded to a suite which was very well appointed. The room service breakfast was excellent.

Outstanding staff. Beautiful accomodations. Great beds. This may seem silly but the hotel smelled wonderful. The food was superior.
