the staff - particularly the wait staff working in the restaurants and poolside were super friendly and helpful - they really went above and beyond. the pool and cabanas are really beautiful and the food is great. the gym is excellent. love the floor to ceiling mirrors. room service was decent

Outstanding staff. Beautiful accomodations. Great beds. This may seem silly but the hotel smelled wonderful. The food was superior.

Loved Oscar's restaurant breakfast buffet and nice staff. The pool with very nice too. We really liked the shuttle service to Disney World.

The restaurant Bull and Bear had amazing food. Pool service was good. Chef at Oscars was friendly and excellent with providing an allergy friendly breakfast for children.

The service and amenities are top notch. The location is convenient to all of the Disney attractions and under 30mins to MCO. We ate several meals at the resort; all were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable; we were sad to leave!

The property has several restaurants, a very large pool and hot tub with poolside food and drink service. There is a coffee station with grab n go coffee and pastries. The pool is very easy to get to and the elevators take you right to it. the staff is very from and attentive. overall the property was 5 stars
